Guests are welcomed by qualified and courteous staff; the cuisine is typical of the island and traditional Campania, offering specialties such as salt-crusted red snapper, ‘spaghetto Guarracino’ with anchovies, Gaeta black olives, Pantelleria capers, and toasted almonds, fresh pasta, homemade desserts, and not to be missed: our raw seafood dishes. All accompanied by a selection of local, regional, and national wines.
